Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund eligibility for room reservations depends on the rate plan chosen during booking. Flexible rates allow free cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival. Pre-paid promotional rates are non-refundable.

Deposits paid for private gaming salon reservations or VIP hosting services are fully refundable if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.

Wellness spa treatments and dining table reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.

We evaluate cancellations due to medical emergencies, flight cancellations, or governmental travel restrictions on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be requested.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment card or bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your banking institution's processing cycles.
